PROJECT FOR ALPINE COTTAGES

On the south flank of the mountain, along the shores of Lac Bouillon, is a project with 10 stylish country cottages set in the midst of nature. A show cottage is under construction and will be ready for visitors in Spring 2020.

An ideal location for ski enthusiasts, offering the opportunity to ski back from Mont la Réserve and access the cross-country skiing and hiking trails directly. Just a few steps from the charming Le Grand R hotel, you’ll have access to all the hotel’s services, the restaurant, bar, pool, watercraft, maintenance and rental services.

Several styles of cottage are available: 3 bedrooms with or without garage and 4 bedrooms with or without garage. Floor areas vary from 1,500 to 2,100 square feet.
